The International Conference on Electronics and Electrical Engineering (IC3E'18) is organized by the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Sciences and Applied Sciences, University of Bouira, Algeria. It provides an international forum for professionals, industrials academics and researchers to present latest research developments and to exchange new ideas and application experiences in the fields of electronics and electrical engineering. The conference will be held at the University of Bouira, Algeria during November 12-13, 2018.

Adapting to ever changing industrial requirements, and societal yearnings, Electrical and Electronics Engineering is engendering new leaps forward in a variety of technological fields such as memory devices, networks, electronic device production, machine learning, medical imagery and renewable clean energy while improving efficiency. New applications affecting our daily life are constantly emerging, and as boundaries between scientific disciplines keep rescinding, Electronics and Electrical Engineering has been spurring ongoing advances and new challenges in many engineering fields some of which constitute the core of IC3E'18.

We seek contributions that push the envelope in a wide range of topics, from more traditional research in architecture and systems to new technologies and devices. We are interested in emerging fields that may not fit within traditional categories:

Submission

Authors are invited to submit full papers in English through the conference paper submission site. Authors must declare in advance to which category they are submitting through the submission site.

Submitted papers must be unpublished and not being currently under review for any other publication. Authors are invited to submit full-length (4 - 6 pages; in English) papers in PDF format according to the IEEE template available at conference webpage MS Word or Latex templates). Only electronic submissions will be accepted via the easychair online submission system.
